B.Physio, Clinical Pilates Practitioner (Currently on maternity leave)
Merrin combines a variety of Physiotherapy techniques with functional rehabilitation and Pilates to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to diagnosis, injury management and rehabilitation.
She has a passion for managing sports injuries and has experience working in various sporting codes including seven years at Oakleigh Districts Football Club and being involved with the gymnastics at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
Merrin has furthered her education by completing the APA Sports Level 1 Certificate in 2010 and has completed Levels 1 to 3 Clinical Pilates training through Dance Medicine Australia.
Merrin plans to continue her Pilates education (particularly her Redcord training) and hopes to further her studies in Sports Physiotherapy. For fun, she enjoys Pilates, Calisthenics, spending time with friends and family, the beach, traveling and going to the local footy.
Merrin graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Monash University in 2008 and prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement from Deakin University in 2004.
