We believe that specific, tailored exercise programs are one of the most effective ways to strengthen your body’s weak spots, build flexibility and improve resilience to help reduce the chance of injury. We run 60-minute small group exercise classes with expert Physiotherapists and can prescribe exercise programs for the gym or home.

We encourage our clients to combine their treatment with evidence-based rehabilitation exercises. Our rehabilitation classes feature clinical pilates and Redcord suspension exercises.
