With more than 20 years’ experience and a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy, Andrew has a strong interest in injury screening and development of effective exercise rehabilitation programs. He is Australia’s first Redcord Master Trainer.

Jane has more than 10 years experience working as a Physiotherapist in Scotland and throughout Australia. She strives to improve her patient’s pain and prevent future injury through an individualised approach combining hands on treatment, education and personalised exercise prescription. She has also undertaken further study in dry needling and DMA Clinical Pilates, which she uses in her treatments daily.

Uschi’s remedial massage career spans more than 20 years of practice. She is highly experienced in remedial, sports, pregnancy and deep tissue massage. Uschi’s ongoing training includes Dorn Spinal Therapy (a safe and gentle form of spinal mobilisation that facilitates the realignment of the spine and peripheral joints) and L&B Pain Therapy, which uses osteopressure points to reduce pain and tension.
